HP does not have anything to do with your Windows User Account set up nor do we have access to that information. We can however show you how to find this information, please take a look below at managing your user accounts: Once here you should be able to access your User name, in my previous recommendation it advises if you have not created a password to just hit enter. I do not enter any user name or password when logging on to my computer. I am the only user and am unaware of any user name. To the best of my knowledge this was never entered. This is a new computer and I don't recall entering this information. I assume that somewhere on the machine there might be some default name. If this exists, where can I locate this information? Otherwise, where can I create this? I can't get past the 'Authentication' screen without entering this information.
